Welcome to the Miramar Royale family! Thanks for signing up for our newsletter. This newsletter will keep you well informed of what is going on at the Mirmar Royale as well as provide some insight as to what the future holds for our amazing building and you! Cell Tower: Installation is completed.
We are trying to update and correct our owners’ email addresses. Please email the office manager so we can make sure our list is current.
Reminder, Glass Containers are not permitted in the pool area. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building or pool area.
Release of Information:
The condominium publishes a list of unit owners with addresses and phone numbers that is offered to other owners upon request. If you do not wish to have this information published, please let the office know.
There is a designated pet area at the west end of the garages for your dog to do their business or outside the front wall by the sidewalk. There is a trash can by the recycle bin for waste. Also, try to keep your pet from urinating on the sidewalk by the front entrance.
Reminder: guest are not allowed to have pets into the condominium.
All doors must be closed and locked to provide security. Please, do not prop doors open. If you see a door propped open please be sure to un-prop it.
Make sure you have someone monitor your unit when you are not here. Give the office the name & contact number of your caretaker in case of emergency.
Is available in the reading room, a new system with enhanced distance and speed has be installed. Select “Miramar Royale Guest” no password is required.
Please make sure you inform them working hours are 8:30-4:00, Monday – Friday and to park in the designated areas. You need to inform the office if you want them allowed into your unit when you are not there. (They will NOT be let in without prior authorization.)
